Dena Cornforth is a dedicated Realtor® with six years of experience and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. After establishing a strong foundation in her native Oklahoma, she now proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout the Vero Beach market. Her background includes extensive work in client relations, market analysis, and transaction management—all of which allow her to deliver a seamless and informed experience to every client she represents.

Known for her exceptional attention to detail, open communication style, and unwavering commitment to excellence, Dena ensures her clients feel supported, confident, and well-guided at every stage of the buying or selling process. She approaches each transaction with professionalism, care, and a sincere desire to exceed expectations.

Dena holds the GRI (Graduate, Realtor® Institute) designation through the National Association of Realtors®, further elevating the level of knowledge and service she provides. She also brings a strong analytical background to her work, having earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University before beginning her career at Ernst & Young and later transitioning into the private sector.

Beyond her professional achievements, Dena’s life has been shaped by her deep family roots and her hands-on experience with real estate development. Together with her husband, Duane, she served as general contractor for a 16-unit townhouse project completed in 2022 and has built multiple custom homes over the years, as well as invested in real estate. These experiences give her a unique, well-rounded perspective that benefits clients seeking guidance on both residential purchases and investment opportunities.

Outside of real estate, Dena enjoys spending quality time with her four children, traveling, playing tennis, and embracing the coastal lifestyle that makes the Treasure Coast such a special place to call home. She and her family are happily settled in Vero Beach, where they look forward to welcoming their first grandchild in April, celebrating her daughter's Sea Oaks wedding in May, and encouraging a daughter for a 20-month adventure in Paris.
